I think we have passed the time of costly infrastructure projects and have to find smart solutions. Nevertheless some large-scale infrastructure as a central station are necessary and should have "intelligence" as an add-on.

Here I present my personal, incomplete and perhaps not representative collection of examples of which at least the initiators think that these are clever solutions for the future. I chose examples which are situated often in the central part and available by public and normally by feet.
